Our Solution includes the following four steps:
1. We assess the culture of an organization and identify the destructive patterns of behavior that are costing an organization time, money and overall productivity from the Customer's, Employee's and Leadership's perspective. These results will provide an indepth qualitative and quantitative examination of the organization with findings that will direct the decisions and actions necessary for change.
2. Next, we develop the willingness to change. Each employee participates in building a foundation so they can make the necessary behavior changes as identified in the assessment.
3. Once employees become willing to change, they are receptive to learning and developing the behaviors that move the organization closer to excellence.
4. Finally, we measure the employee growth and the impact of the employee change on customer satisfaction.
